This negotiated fit-out opportunity was a direct result of “relationship through partnering”. Construct Interiors was catalytic in bringing together two of their existing long-term customers i.e. a landlord and a tenant through our inherent understanding of their businesses and their mutual needs. This circa 3000m2 fit-out was spread over two floors and yielded a new consolidated call-centre hub for nearly 300 Auckland Transport staff members. The change management process along with the project planning, procurement and construction processes blended seamlessly to culminate into a modern and functional work space that incorporated technology, form and function.
