This multi floor level fit-out was a global success for AIG as it was the first fit-out that saw the brand transition from Chartis to AIG. The project was globally pressured to ensure that everything went as planned for the unveiling of the new brand. Further pressure was added to the project when AIG unveiled their anchor sponsorship deal with the All Blacks ahead of their 2015 Rugby World Cup campaign. This project incorporated offices, break-out rooms, kitchens, boardrooms, telepresence rooms, media spaces, collaboration hubs as well as a generous meet and greet front of house area. The construction programme was without doubt aggressive and needed a main contractor who could “grab the bull by the horns” and carry it across the finish line with confidence and competence. Construct Interiors rose to the occasion and demonstrated not only its local strength and know-how but also showcased its ability to operate on a global platform by meeting some very strict international systems compliances. The project team comprised Jones Lang LaSalle, Stack Business Interiors, Norman Disney Young as well as Chartis/AIG and their Global Partners who worked cohesively and collaboratively with CI to deliver a high quality fit-out and experience that we are all proud to be associated with.
